Now, don’t thing it’s an over exaggerated name but it’s indeed an exaggerated bath concept where the temperature is close to “ten degrees below zero”, which will make you feel no better than those tunas stored in the deep freezer.
These chilling luxury spas, which offer the world famous Hot-Cold therapy will find a place in the major luxury hotels this year.
Already a hit in the European countries, people who have already tried the techniques cannot stop praising the health benefits that come when you get exposed to hot and cold environs alternatively.
