It has not been a smooth journey for Apple iPhone. There’s yet another cell phone to challenge the ace. This time it is from the cellphone gurus Nokia. They are all set to launch there new model called Tube on the lines of Apple iPhone. Though the release date is not disclosed but the talks are already there in air.
Let a iPhone user review the Tube and he’ll take no time to pass the verdict that the phone is actually made with just one aim- to compete the iPhone.
To stand on the same shelf as iPhone, Tube will be feature a tilting touch screen, just like the iPhone with a built-in accelerometer to detect the viewing mode - portrait or landscape. Touted as Nokia’s slimmest and sleekest cell phone so far, the Tube will also supports the famous UI, which was a cool feature on iPhone as of now. Apart from that it will also provide a cool 16:9 movie playing mode to the user.
t seems it’ not just competing with iPhone but also washing it off is on Nokia’s mind as the brand has equipped the Tube with some extra smart features like the 3G or higher G such as HSPA for high-speed Internet, GPS capability and a camera with a minimum of 5 megapixel.
Last but not the least, talk about software applications and Nokia scores an edge over Apple iPhone by making Tube compatible with both Java and flash on its web browser, which was not the case with iPhone’s Safari browser.

It seems the gadget world is all set t rule out the existence of medical tests from the profile of hospitals. Be it the ECG monitor or this unique home pregnancy test kit, both hint at the same.
Named as p-Teq, this one is a USB based pregnancy test kit.
Just like the regular pregnancy test kits, even with this one you need to pee on the absorbent strip available at one end and plug it into your computer with the USB on the opposite side covered with a cap Once you do this the power from your USB port starts the electrospray ionization process, creating a spectrograph of the various masses for your analysis.
You can know if you are pregnant and if so, the estimated delivery date based on the concentration of hCG, hCG-H, and LH hormones in your urine.
p-Teq USB Pregnancy Test Kit scores over the traditional kits as it    can detect 5-50 mIU/mL, and will show you the exact concentration via its friendly onscreen interface, which takes place in the usual ones only with a level of 15-50 mIU/mL of hCG.
If you are pregnant the LCD display on the device will show a symbol of baby and if not then a no-baby symbol and even multiples. Not just this, it also gives you an Estimated Delivery Date based on the concentration of hCG, hCG-H, and LH in your urine.
Once you are done with it just take out the device from the computer and change the strip.

I always have to carry a torch every time I go jogging early in the morning or for that post dinner stroll, just to avoid tripping and falling in the dark. And I’m sure this would be a concern for many like me. So, finally some designers namely Feijun Chen & Bin Zhao have heard the far cry and designed these uber cool running shoes fitted with glowing LEDs on their heads.
are cool as they light up your path as you walk and the best part is that they don’t require any cells but their battery gets charged your kinetic energy as you walk.
Talk about the intensity of light and the sLEDs boasts of lighting up an area five feet in front of you, now that’s enough a brightness to give you a clear idea of the way ahead and keep you safe.
And if that was not enough, there’s another perk not for you but the person following you. Together with the head light, the Pioneer shoes have a stylish green taillight too.
The concept seems really helpful both in terms of utility as well as cost-effectiveness.
