Panasonic Viera PZ850: a GoogleTV

By Cheryl | May 22, 2008

Panasonic has presented the Viera PZ850, or an LCD television that allows you to use Google’s services.

It will be available in 4 versions from 46, 50, 58 and 65 inches, all FullHD with four doors HDMI, PC input and contrast with static and dynamic 30.000:1 until 1.000.000:1. All models are able to decode H.264 video and have slots for SD cards, so as to remove (in part) the need to hold an external player.

Very interesting that you can also see YouTube videos and you can upload photos to Picasa. The price, because of the rich endowment, is not very content: ranges from 3,000 to $ 8,000 and the first models will arrive in mid-June.
