iPhone as a remote control iTunes
By Andrew | June 28, 2008
Interesting, did leave Apple to sell their remote controls for people to use an iPhone? No. But Apple seems to want to integrate the iPhone and iPod Touch with your iTunes on your PC / Mac.
Apple launched a free application for the new firmware version Touch iPod and iPhone would let you control an iTunes associated with these devices. We assume that would be via WiFi and always under the same local network, operate in a similar way to share your iTunes library, which others can listen to your iTunes music in the same local network.
It has been discovered this new role thanks to the 7.7 version of Apple iTunes has made available to some beta testers and developers.
