Pump Cools Chips cooler is an extra efficient than immediately pumping water over components. Unluckily, the site simply mentions “liquid metal” and not several specific kind of metal. The Wikipedia tells us that Pump Cools Chips are five metallic elements which are liquid at room temperature:
