The Japanese Buffalo have launched a new external DVD drive, the unit DSM-SL20U2. The difference with the other units is that this is capable of climbing video DVDs that come with a standard resolution of 480p to the glorious 1080p, ie Full HD. Onkyo has released a new AV amplifier equipped with 7.1 ports HDMI1.3, TX-SA706X. Our new beast has 5 HDMI inputs, 1 HDMI output supporting 1080p video signals. The amp also supports the latest audio codecs like Dolby True HD, DTS-HD Master Audio. The TX-SA706X also delivers maximum power of 200Wx7, and offers a frequency response of 5Hz-100000Hz (Not sure that this is useful…) and the proccessing Audyssey Dynamic EQ. It should be available around July 19, 1120 €.

SONIAMERIKA is, 7.1 ch-enabled AV amplifier to announce three new high-end models. This release was “Elevated Standard (ES)” series, the STR-DA4400ES, the STR-DA3400ES, then, the STR-DA3400ES.
