The best thing about the bracelet is the fact that it can be removed only with a special tool and not just a plain human endeavor.
Apart from that, to tackle the emergency situations, the gadget can fall back on cell tower triangulation (otherwise known as A-GPS) provide a location when regular GPS is unavailable. The bracelet gets paired up with a handheld unit that tells you about the patient’s location on a map.
